There's a small chain in the Bay Area that makes them: https://www.onigilly.com/ https://www.onigilly.com/ But I'm thinking this is more of a gourmet/specialty food positioning rather than a mass-market fast food positioning. (The onigiri there are all hand-made to order, not pre-packaged.)
