SO the bank robber (alleged) is smart enough to get a series of extremely good lawyers to crush the constitutionality of a now fairly common court order - but not smart enough to leave the tracking device at home when he (allegedly) robs a bank? I dont like the tracking anymore than the next, but then I do enjoy dumb criminal stories as well.
