Is there anywhere that is tracking latest salary trends? It is hard to know what the market is for given levels - do people find that levels.fyi is accurate?
- dboreham 5y agoYou have to pat for "accurate" data, and then you need to pay someone to interpret it. All bigCo have such people and pay for the data (and get a discount by contributing their data).
- charcircuit 5y agolevels.fyi should be accurate It tells you the date so you can see if the data is current. Smaller companies might not have enough recent data to be accurate though.
