Netgear Equipment Bricking Itself?
Since it is impossible to get in contact with anyone from NETGEAR through any of their public channels, I figured I would try here. I have reason to believe that there is a major issue with your products. Please reach out so we can discuss privately.

- lizardactivist 5y agoI don't know what to make of this. Why would you insist on going to a public channel, and then to a completely unrelated channel (HN) instead of just contacting their customer support directly? If their devices would brick themselves randomly it would've been all over the tech news long ago.
- pg_bot 5y agoLiterally could not contact customer support without paying them for a support contract.
