I wonder how Flux works in regions which reach 24 hours of sunlight or 24 hours of nighttime in certain seasons. Can you make reasonable (or meaningful) assumptions about sleeping hours in those conditions? The program seems to kick in around sunset. What if there is no sunset?
- cprecioso 5y agoThere is a preset for "close to the poles". I can't remember what it did exactly though, I haven't used it in a long time.
- hoosieree 5y agoGiven latitude/longitude, you can make a lot of assumptions - current weather, time zone, daylight savings (ugh) in effect or not. I'm sure there would still be plenty of edge cases, but this would be plenty accurate for me.
