Where’s the Russia-Ukraine Cyberwar?
- h2odragon 5y agoGood question. Where's the stealthy Russian assassins taking out the command and control personnel of their opponents with magic nerve agents? How about those "influence operations" that were threatening electoral sanctity all over the free world, any sign of those either? People have been hyping up Russia as a threat for quite some time; there has been reason to doubt the hype for just as long. The real threats have been obscured by the self promotional noise generated by various parties that saw an interest in painting Russian capabilities in gaudier colors of fear.
- morpheos137 5y agoCyberwar is almost entirely made up by Hollywood and the media. Funny how people take it seriously. Also, contrary to what you saw in the Bond film "Skyfall," cyanide doesn't melt your face.
