As my original comment stated, if you compare country to country, its the least amount they can give. The fact you can't understand scale isn't my problem. Here's the definition for you (just in case): Critical thinking is the analysis of available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments to form a judgment. What you are effective saying is that I should keep my mouth shut because any help they can get we should be grateful.
