  Is this one of those states where you lose your right to vote when you get convicted of a crime?

      In Texas it’s illegal to vote while on parole. Nebraska, you can't vote until two years after parole is completed.

    This is a literal attack on democracy, so that would be an apt punishment to add on.

    That comes with a felony conviction, they are facing multiple felonies.
