- saberworks 5y agoYeah tell me about it. I actually made a mistake, they raised it by $600. The landlord acted so surprised when we didn't renew our lease. When we left, the landlord listed it and rented it out for the original lease amount. I'm guessing those people can expect a big rent increase when their term is up as well.
