At first, it seemed that this was another rant about a misbehaving piece of software. But I was impressed that, unlike so many others (myself included), the author went beyond just complaining. He actually made a real effort to identify the conditions under which the issue occurs. But I was blown away when he actually examined the source code and identified when the bug was introduced.
