Why would you jump to a bad faith conclusion? Why would wanting to keep Twitter accessible to Russian nationals be bad? Twitter doesn’t work in many countries such as China. There’s just not a whole lot of money in Russia to advertise to either, entire economy is smaller than New York State’s. This is much more aligned with Twitter’s push for decentralization.
