- unbalancedevh 5y agoTactics like this are inherently effective. They spread doubt about the truthfullness of information by spreading false rumors about disinformation. It seems like this could be pretty effective at swaying the public opinion of groups that don't have easy access to other information sources, such as to quell dissent within Russia.
