I’ve actually worked for them as an interviewer (no longer). They ‘try’ to make it a decent candidate exerience in my view, but are missing some obvious flaws in their approach. For example, they do “care somewhat” about code quality but you’d have to catch that from the subtle wording. And I’ve seen entry level candidates demonstrate far above entry level skillsets and not pass the interview.
