- dijit 5y agoI’m not taking it personal. I’m just shocked that they had so many great applicants when there are so many that are struggling to hire (including my company) that they wouldn't even have a phone screening interview. This is Sweden too, where the situation is a bit more dire w.r.t. engineers.
