I'm sure there are many other founders who were running out of money and didn't succeed! :) But I still believe that running out of money is super motivating, although we shouldn't look for it. It's just we need to focus on making money with our side projects. When we're not running out of money, it's easy to focus on everything else, postpone stuff, etc.
