- sschueller 5y agoThey won't focus on US war crimes as they are not a signatory of the ICC and even have a law to "invade" the Haag to extract any US service personal facing such prosecution. [1] I also expect the US to veto (if they have to, China may do it anyway) any UN security council decision that would make some way for Russia to face war crimes as it will eventually backfire. Especially since the US has been the one vetoing resolutions against Israel on multiple occasions. - patrickaljord 5y agoI was being sarcastic, of course they won't, because they don't care. They only enforce said war crimes against geopolitical enemies such as Russia.
