Government is not an abdication of responsibility.
- dredmorbius 5y agoOP specifically addressed "state-sponsored hacking". Not petty crime and local burglary. I suspect you'll find that the state does involve itself in organised crime, smuggling, consumer and securities fraud, and the like.
