I have one of these. I use it exclusively when I'm decorating/refurbishing a room, as it makes the room so bright I can clearly see where I'm painting etc. Downside is, it totally nukes any WiFi signal in a 5 metre radius. :( I'm probably frying my brain every time I use it.
