I'm in the same situation but only until Friday! I gave my 2-week notice last week. My morale went down while working for the company. I have always been told no on pretty much everything. I'm unhappy. I told them about my situation but they never did anything. For the past year, I hoped for things to change. But sometimes you have to be realistic. Developers can do a lot of good things but fixing the management is beyond what we can do. All I can say is that you should leave too. Your morale or spirit is down right now. Leave before you have none left.
