I had read other articles which are trying to allude he didn’t deny the possibility of handing out data to the Russian government, but his post is very clear in that isn’t his intention, or even possible. - rcMgD2BwE72F 5y agoI guess only the right to privacy is sacred (and not privacy itself), or Telegram would have made all chats end-to-end encrypted by default.
