There is something absurd with that sentence, Software licenses are completely irrelevant if piracy is legal.

- pabs3 5y agoFLOSS license conditions aren't very well respected even in the West. - rectang 5y agoI agree that there are many violations, but I also think that there is a lot of compliance, due to both goodwill and fear.
