You know, if you define the traits required to be a world leader as being psychopathic, and then include "learned" psychopathy in your definition of a psychopath, then it's almost tautological that all world leaders will be psychopaths. It's not interesting though. It's clear that you can't get to the top of the political pile by being honest. That's not the politicians' fault though. That's on the voters.
