It's so nice being able to tell my family and clients that yes, they really don't need a separate AV anymore. The name changes don't hurt anything. I just say

It's so nice being able to tell my family and clients that yes, they really don't need a separate AV anymore. The name changes don't hurt anything. I just say Windows comes with AV built in and it does a fine job all on its own. MS really did well with it.
