- charcircuit 5y agoYour link is about purchasing a firearm which is different than just using one.
- giantg2 5y agoThat's about purchasing. Not just shooting or even ownership. For example, you can move into NJ with existing firearms that you own (complying with the general laws about legality, locks, etc) without the need to request a permit to purchase.
