I have to say I never used an antivirus software before except I guess the built-in one in Windows. I think sandboxes are better for software you don't trust.

I have to say I never used an antivirus software before except I guess the built-in one in Windows. I think sandboxes are better for software you don't trust. I imagine antivirus heuristics are only useful against a handful of common threats, if at all.
