Netplan: Back end-agnostic network configuration
- andrewjf 5y agoI never, ever, had a good experience with this software and wish I never had to use it or uninstall it ever again. Maybe it’s useful on desktops but it’s absolutely useless on servers. I just want to use systemd-networkd everywhere, directly.
- cute_boi 5y agoHmm, I wonder why they decided to use YAML. Editing networking is generally the first thing I do in Linux machines and editing YAML is painful.
- bravetraveler 5y agoNot a fan, try as I might I can't figure out how to apply changed attributes to only one interface It's all or nothing, and if you have important traffic in flight... Best of luck. Somehow managed to take several solutions, glue them together, and make the experience worse.
