Sure they can have their opinions. But they should stay in their home countries if they want to support those authoritarian politics. Those people who agree with Putin may eventually start interfering with our politics. Either by enabling pro-Putin politics or pushing Putin-shaped local flavor. Why let in people who may turn society to worse?
