- fouc 5y agoI love that kind of website.. a 90s hobbyist site
- shusaku 5y agoIt might be fun for someone to go through that and gather the set of ingredients used, and describe how someone in medieval Britain would get them
- indigodaddy 5y agoVery interesting regarding almond/nut milk usage in midieval times.. http://www.godecookery.com/goderec/grec31.htm http://www.godecookery.com/goderec/grec31.htm
- canarypilot 5y agoFrom what I can tell, this is a set of recipes from other medieval cook books, not a translation of “the Boke of Cokery”. In a random sample of ten recipes, each gave a different source and none was Boke of Cokery. Still a great website!
