It’s a sharp contrast to the majority of able-bodied young men who were trying to storm the airport in Kabul. In any case, if they are already in Mexico then they are out of harm’s way and are in a safe country where they can claim asylum as refugees. They can then apply for regular immigration for the US if they wish to do so as economic migrants.
