- ggm 5y agoMany of the cost/benefit high medium low values appear to me to be little more than rand consensus amongst a skewed interest group. They think forward placement for bombers is low risk and high advantage and that seems to me to understate risk and overstate benefit of posture change. They think UAV is moderate benefit high risk despite good evidence turkish UAV are successfully being used. I normally like rand think-tank consensus polls but I think this one is tainted by beltway force/division, investment and materiel selling pressures.
