Is it the other countries who don't like arrest records, or can Putin's regime prevent people with these records, from getting a visa elsewhere?
- ncpa-cpl 5y agoIt is common for visa applications to have a question like "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offence or crime, even if the arrest did not result in a conviction". And residency applications usually ask for a police record.
- cutemonster 5y agoOops. Having been arrested in Russia maybe should count in one's favor instead But I guess that will never happen :-(
