For Russians at this time? I am not so sure.
- dkjaudyeqooe 5y agoThere are no rules against doing business with non-sanctioned individuals in Russia.
- dragonwriter 5y agoSanctions are changing daily, and lots of business are “self-sanctioning” beyond the formal sanctions boundaries to minimize the cost of dealing with changes (and also of dealing international partners, who are dealing with different sanctions regimes targeting Russia.)
