You probably know this already but the hard winter wheat and soft white spring wheat are used to make different types of food. I imagine in the US food manufacturers will start trying to swap for hard winter wheat which it sounds like we’ll have a lot of. But you’re right about planting season. It’s coming up fast and that window will close with no way to rewind if tensions die down.
