What are the baseless claims?

  Are there any references here? As far as I can tell, this article is primarily based upon the testimony of Jim Cantrell, who doesn’t seem to be the most reliable person for these things and is well within Musk’s cult of influence. Other sources are from Musk himself, also known to lie for self gain. Maybe gross exaggeration would have been a better term?
