  they report ukranian side of the story. and nowhere the article says that this pov is supported by anyone independent.

It is a fact that ukranian forces are positioning themselves in the cities so I won't be surprised they did that to get a tactical advantage.

        In this conflict nothing from Russian side can be trusted. They were lying about everything.
