  Not an expert, but snowflake is a bridge to the Tor network. One may detect its use, but I doubt it breaks Tor's anonymity guarantees, as it is really a bridge. Of course, if using Tor is deemed a crime, then using snowflake bridges might not be the wisest thing to do. Cloaked protocols like Shadowsocks might come in handy.
