Anywhere not in the equatorial band with a stable government. And have money. That means: - Canada - New Zealand - EU - Chile - China (if you don't mind totalitarian states) - South Korea - USA (only for the next 10 years or so) - Possibly Thailand (a bit iffy, but great if it works out)
