Are you able to leave? I've heard on the grapevine couple of the Russian offshore contractors that work for my employer are trying to get to Georgia and I think one's headed to Armenia.

  Friend of mine left for Kyrgyzstan this morning. Together with his Ukrainian girlfriend. When the plane took off everyone onboard was clapping. Another acquaintance flew his Russian UX designer and family to Dubai this week. At the same time you have Putin defenders who will repeat whatever they hear on state TV. Even during personal conversations.

  Yes, for now. Georgia and Armenia are popular destinations at the moment, you can go there without a visa, stay for quite a while and even open a company relatively fast.
