My journey to becoming a Scrum Master
- fjfaase 5y agoI wonder if you talk about 'bad apples' whether you have understood what the primary task of a scrum master is, which I think is to be there for your team and not be a process manager. I think that the word 'master' was a very badly chosen term.
- ghrst 5y agoI think because a Scrum Master is with the team (is there for the team) she must be concerned about the so-called "bad apples"; specifically if a person behave in a way that puts the whole team under stress...
