Sberbank with 95% of its share price dropping in the past few days has problems of its own.
- aasasd 5y agoThe ‘golden share’ has nothing to do with Sberbank's money. It's specifically an ultimate voting instrument, passed on to a government-owned company, under an agreement with the government that was worried about lack of control over Yandex. Well, if I understand its powers right then now the government can use it to transfer the whole company to its buddies.
