"Removing poll watchers" was in response to those poll watchers intimidating the poll workers. The lack of signature matching/oversight is not evidence of wrongdoing. Its the possibility that wrongdoing might not have been caught. Once again, none of this is a falsifiable hypothesis. It's simply a list of grievances designed to erode trust. I'm not familiar with ballot harvesting.
