I see a number of defamation cases Google won based on neutrality being relitigated in the near future. But that's okay, they have deep pockets.
- heavyset_go 5y agoThe CDA ensures that any operator of an interactive computer service is not liable for user uploaded content, even if the operator curates user content.
- lliamander 5y agoAs it should. But the capricousness and arrogance with which these platforms treat their users (both content creators and viewers) is not a good long term strategy. I mean, was the Hill supposed to know the content was prohibited? And how are people going to be able to actually access the news of the day? Certainly seems to me like YouTube wants users to go elsewhere.
