- jjeaff 5y agoThe real mystery is mentioned further down the tweet thread. Why are the top 3 investors in that Russian bank all based in Kentucky. There must be some connection there.

- joerickard 5y agoI'm not sure this is entirely true, I see reports that this has more to do with data sourcing and opacity of shareholders[0]. The Kentucky Teachers Retirement fund seems to be one of the largest shareholders who have opted to self-report to Nasdaq.
