I predict that in 2030 none of the top 10 car manufacturers will offer self driving (but cars may have emergency braking). Even those manufacturers who offer some self driving capability now will stop offering it by 2030. There may be some startups (nowhere near to 10) with really advanced tech but only because they haven't been sued into bankruptcy yet due to their low volume.
- Ekaros 5y agoI would go to predict that by 2030 some authorities will make emergency breaking mandatory features... Not that self-driving will be available.
