If they state EU _timezone_ and they receive applications from India which is *ahead* by 3.30H or Nigeria which is in about the same timezone, I don't see what the problem is.
If they want only people from Europe, they should just say so.
- napolux 5y agoIndia is not EU timezone. Nigeria is probably fine, but the guy I talked too was specifically referring to India.

- mohanmcgeek 5y agoIndia is 5.30 from UTC. I don't why someone in India would have difficulty starting at 11am. It's understandable if it's the other way around: Someone in the US starting at 4am
- anf0 5y agoMaybe some of those applicants have been willing to move to said timezone?
