As far as I'm concerned, neither of those approaches would give you much value
- janeerie 5y agoUsertesting.com is the leading product in the field of remote user testing. It's very expensive, but very much worth it.
- nvegater 5y agoWhy not ? I thought it was useful to have insights of how people are using your product and the two approaches help with that.
- ntlk 5y agoUsertesting.com is probably the most well known product in its class.
