Actually stopping on the highway is not allowed in the Netherlands. So no, you're wrong.
- tom_ 5y agoSame in the UK. Nevertheless, I have encountered stationary traffic on many occasions anyway, and I've had to use the brakes to bring my car to a halt as well.
