In some places gifted programs are put at the distressed schools under the theory that it will improve the situation for the other students at the school, ... or at least under the fact that it will improve the schools average test scores.
- aidenn0 5y agoI can see how what I said might be used to justify that. However, I was just pointing out two things that I believe will happen when you halt publicly funded gifted programs: - You'll lose all of the gifted children of the wealthy and upper-middle class anyways - The gifted children of the poor suffer the most
