- serverlessmom 5y agoYeah, I had a great real estate agent in Portland who really encouraged me to get a payment I could afford long-term. Bizarrely inflation might be good for me: if my pay keeps increasing by 5-10% every year the relative size of my mortgage and the payment will shrink
