was cracking my knuckles, caps-lock on active, ready go full "well-ac-tu-ally" ... then realized I can't make up my mind if "Hanlon's razor" holds up during time of war or if it's actually flipped on it's head. The chances of this being right is quite good, provided we ignore all the other common-sense things they missed but should have done if they weren't half arsing the whole thing?
